    TikTok will get banned...(If you believe the media)Rumors are swirling again about TikTok getting bannedJust like they have before. But let's take a step back and think about it. Honestly, I don't see it happening. We've been down this road in 2020 and last year, but nothing came of it. Congress hasn't passed any big tech rules since 2016? Thanks to Casey Newton for sharing this)It's kind of funny how opinions change, too. Trump was all for banning TikTok at one point, but now he's changed his tune because of concerns about Meta getting too powerful. It just goes to show, where the money goes, attention flows. Jeff Yass, an original investor in ByteDance since 2012Holds a substantial 15% stake worth approximately $15 billion. As a significant political donor, with over $46 million donated in 2024 aloneHis interests are clear. The potential financial loss from a TikTok ban makes a compelling case for his opposition to such measures.So, what's my take? I'm not losing sleep over it. TikTok is just getting started. It's leading the charge in social commerce and shaking up how social media should be making sure good content gets seen no matter how many followers you have.Even if a ban was on the horizonIt wouldn't happen overnight.     I had to fire 2 team members... In our journey to scale up our TikTok Shop efforts. We faced a big challenge that led us to an unexpected turn. Here’s what happened: We were sending out 2,000 messages a day Our goal was to massively increase that number to 40,000 messages daily. This was a huge jump. It called for a significant change in how we operated. Faced with this challenge. We had two options. 1. Hire more team members to handle the increased workload. 2. Think outside the box and come up with a tech solution that could manage this scale of outreach automatically. After some thought, we decided to develop a bot. This wasn’t just any bot But one that could mimic human outreach. Allowing us to hit our target without expanding our team. This move not only let us scale our operations but also addressed a common problem faced by many brands and agencies. Creating a SaaS product was never in my original plan. Yet, here we were, crafting a solution that not only met our immediate needs But also offered value to others facing similar challenges. Now, along with our clients We have 30 happy customers using our software and the number is growing. This is just the start for us.     Struggling to hit $100,000 with TikTok Shop? (It’s simpler than it seems) Here are the 4 steps we apply to supercharge your favorite DTC brands: 1. Select the Top 3 SKUs: We analyze Shopify data to identify your three best-selling products. These are the items with proven appeal and potential for viral success. 2. Engage 1,000 Creators Daily: Our approach involves reaching out to a vast network of creators every day. To begin quantity trumps everything. 3. Offer 20%+ Commission: To motivate creators, we propose a commission of over 20% for content creation. This incentivizes them to work with us vs a competitor (money talks) 4.     LinkedIn is a waste of time... Don't be fooled by what the "guru's" tell you. You're on LinkedIn Perhaps feeling it's all for nothing. Let's break it down. There are two paths ahead: Invest time or regret. Path 1: The Reluctants You've been skeptical, haven't you? Avoiding posts. Doubting its value... Does this ring a bell? You resist, questioning every moment spent without tangible results. So, how's that skepticism serving you? Path 2: The Converts Maybe you began with doubts like Path 1; Resisting, questioning the platform's worth. But then, a realization. All those days ignoring LinkedIn... For what? No progress, no connections. That's when the perspective shifts. You start to see the potential, the opportunity. Am I right? I speak from experience, having been a skeptic turned believer. I regretted every day I wasn't engaging, missing out on what could have been. And then I embraced it, saw the value firsthand. Creating a presence, making valuable connections, securing deals. It's not about being active or passive. It's about understanding the power of being present, making those critical connections. I've seen too many hesitate, stuck in Path 1.
