It depends on location. In the desert Nico (Geokinesis) and Jason come out on top, in the Ocean, Jason and Percy come out on top, and in the Underworld, Percy (knows the map better then Jason) and Nico come out on top.
Then under them would be Leo and Frank (tied), Annabeth, Hazel and Piper (tied and if not, Hazel A LITTLE above Piper), then Thalia (come on, all we've really seen is that she sux and summoning lightning from the sky and she sux at Aerokinesis because of her fear), then comes Reyna (actually, Reyna above Hazel and Piper and tied with Annabeth), and then the list keeps going.

Yes, Annabeth mostly consists of distracting her opponent. But since The Blood of Olympus, she's learned to do more than that. And she knows how Reyna is, and probably thinks that trying to distract won't work. So I'll say they're both tied.

Bianca amd Hazel should have equal powers, even though Nico is a lot more powerful than Hazel. Bianca's Hunter powers could balance out Hazel's Roman training, but we're not only talking about powers, right? Bianca would win in spirit, even though she abandonned her brother. She sacrificed herself for a suicide mission, and in the end, she was thinking of Nico.

When does Bianca knows Nico's secret? Nico says that she accepted Nico the way he is, which could mean that she was accepting him as gay. But the problem is, we don't even know if Nico was gay before becoming in love with Percy. In fact, I think he wasn't. Cause I'm pretty sure Rick Riordan made Nico gay in The House of Hades and only those events. I don't think he was gay Originally. I think he made Nico gay so his audience would be satisfied or something like that. The point is, I'm pretty sure Bianca accepted Nico the way he is, but I don't think she knew his secret.
I think that Bianca probably realized even before Nico did, because she was his sister and probably knew everything about him. I agree, maybe Rick Riordan just suddenly decided to make Nico gay, but he probably decided that Bianca would know, too.

I don't think that is right because hazel sacrificed herself to delay alcyneous's rise so I can't really choose but if I had to I would go with hazel since she is alive RIP bianca

I was about to say the exact same thing. Hazel, I think, died for far more greater and dangerous reasons than Bianca did.
