For those wondering Miss Young doesn't work here anymore as she had to go for shoulder surgery and has handed the saloon over to new people. Now it's called Cindy Hair Saloon. She is supposed to come back after few months.

So, I just called in to make an appointment with Young and the woman on the phone said that she didn't work there any more. She also said that she was injured and not working. Has anyone heard anything?

I messaged Young the night before I wanted a haircut, and she actually responded close to midnight and let me schedule an appointment. I was impressed by how fast the response time is!So I originally just wanted a haircut, but Young suggested that I get a perm for more volume. She had time that day, so I went with it. It did take a while, and my hair was super curly for a few days since then. Afterwards, it stopped being so puffy and it became a nice wave. Young was very careful with the details, and gave me very specific instructions on what I should do to preserve my perm. Young was super friendly and nice, and she even gave me a big hug at the end!I came back next time and got a lowlight. That was fairly fast, and I got the colors I wanted. It's subtle but shows up under light.I docked a star since I did have to wait a while for both times. I did get a discount because of that though, so I'm not complaining much. My bf also isn't very fond of my perm, but I personally like it!Btw, they're changing the name to Cindy's xxxxxxxxx since young would be away for a while.

Young did another great job dying my hair to a dark auburn color after my roots were growing out. It was the day of my friends wedding so she also styled it beautifully. I have gotten lots of compliments on my hair since then. Young did not waste my time and deserved every penny.
