My massage with Bianca was incredibly relaxing and relieving. She focused exactly where I needed it and helped me relive quite a bit of neck and upper back tension. She was very professional and created a zen atmosphere. The spa itself is lovely: clean and professional.

Five star service from beginning to end. Just WOW. Although I was a few minutes late for my appointment, I was warmly greeted by name when I stepped off the elevator. I used to visit this location for years when it was the Red Door Spa so everything felt familiar yet updated, including check-in, the women's lounge, the relaxation room and the treatment room itself. My esthetician Victoria was ah-mazing. She reviewed my intake paperwork and really addressed my skin concerns prior to starting my facial and at the end after a thorough evaluation. The products smelled divine and felt high-quality. I appreciated that she was not pushy with selling the spa's line of products but made recommendations based on my skin's presentation this visit. The experience was totally relaxing. The Red Door Spa Fairfax Corner used to be my go-to spa so I'm pleasantly surprised. From being welcomed when I first entered to checking out, I was really floored by the level of warmth exhibited by the Privai team -- even on the phone when I called to change my appointment time! My visit today with Victoria at Privai was a game changer. Highly recommend.

Experience was amazing, my technician made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I was scared as it was my first wax but right away, i knew it would be ok because again everyone was so welcoming. The vibe of this spa is so relaxing and friendly so i definitely recommend!
